Raw Lemon Coconut Balls

I eat chocolate almost daily and was feeling like something lighter with a “Zing!”

Here is what I’ve created that is RAW (most nutrient dense), organic and super tasty!

½ c. unsweetened coconut flakes

½ c. chopped macadamias

¼ c. coconut oil

¼-1/2 juice of lemon

2-4 T. honey

1/8 t. of stevia or 5 drops of stevia liquid (to make this 100% raw I used the stevia from my garden which I dried the leaves and crushed into powder.)

Measurements are approximate. I put in the dense items first, lemon and honey. I recommend going in this order and tasting a little every step…that way you can make adjustments as you go!

Be ABUDANTLY blessed ladies as you partake in live foods. If I may ENCOURAGE you…eat slowly and give THANKS with each bite! They taste much better that way!
